Beschreibung: The Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) has a zero-tolerance policy with regard to sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment (SEAH). The SDC has developed the PSEAH Forum Theatre (live theatre and video tool) in order to raise awareness among staff and implementing partners. The live theatre has been performed at various events for Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA) employees and partner organisations in diverse global settings including New York, Geneva and Rome. Localisation initiatives for the PSEAH Forum Theatre have been piloted in Bukavu, Bujumbura, Addis Ababa and Harare. As a follow-up measure, the SDC plans to help global PSEAH localisation efforts by allowing at least 9 regions/countries in Africa, South East Asia, Eastern Europe, MENA region, Central Asia and Latin America to adapt and contextualise the PSEAH Forum Theatre for further dissemination and long-term implementation in different cultural settings and languages for different target groups.

The offer of the winning tenderer convinced above all regarding: •The association stands out for its experience and expertise in the field of forum theatre and PSEAH. •The association demonstrates a convincing approach and track record of translating the forum theatre to local contexts in collaboration with local actors in the field of international cooperation. •The composition of the project team brings the necessary combination of complementary skills, competencies and availability that can be adapted to each context. --- The following French version is a translation. In case of discrepancies or ambiguities, the English version shall prevail. La version française ci-dessous est une traduction. En cas de divergences ou d'ambiguïtés, la version anglaise fait foi. Après évaluation de tous les critères mentionnés dans le dossier d'appel d'offres (critères qualitatifs et prix), le soumissionnaire retenu a obtenu le plus grand nombre de points d'utilité parmi toutes les offres soumises. L'offre du soumissionnaire retenu a surtout convaincu sur les points suivants : •L'association se distingue par son expérience et son expertise dans le domaine du théâtre forum et du PSEAH. • L'association fait preuve d'une approche convaincante et d'une expérience avérée dans l'adaptation du théâtre forum aux contextes locaux, en collaboration avec des acteurs locaux dans le domaine de la coopération internationale. • La composition de l'équipe du projet apporte la combinaison nécessaire de compétences complémentaires, d'aptitudes et de disponibilité pouvant être adaptées à chaque contexte.
