Beschreibung: CRITERION A: TEAM STRUCTURE & CVs Tenderers must set out their proposed team structure for the delivery of the Service, including specialist skills whether provided internally or through sub-consultants. Sub-consultants should be identified. Each member of the proposed team should be named, together with brief outline details of their professional qualifications and relevant experience, and their proposed role and responsibility within the project team. Tenderers must provide a clear and comprehensive outline of the proposed Team Structure for delivery of the Service. This should include identification of all key personnel, their roles and responsibilities and any specialist skills relevant to the Scope of Services. For each proposed team member, a Curriculum Vitae (CV) must be submitted, summarising: -Professional qualifications -Relevant experience, particularly on projects of similar scope and complexity -Their specific role within the project team -Their responsibilities in delivering the Service Higher marks will be awarded for: Personnel with extensive experience in delivering services similar to those outlined in the Scope of Services Demonstrated expertise in heritage or conservation projects, particularly for Architects or Engineers with prior experience working with historic or protected structures

Beschreibung: CRITERION B: APPROACH AND METHODOLOGY Tenderers must submit their proposed approach and methodology for the delivery of the services required under the Contract to ensure the delivery of a timely and efficient service. Tenderers must submit their proposal for the effective management and coordination of the design and construction process to ensure adherence to programme, budget and quality requirements. In addition, tenderers must set out their communications plan with all internal and external parties who will be involved at the Project.

Tenderers are required to provide a detailed outline of their approach to Health and Safety in the delivery of the Service, with specific reference to the risks and challenges associated with this particular site. Submissions should demonstrate a clear understanding of site-specific conditions and set out appropriate mitigation measures, procedures, and responsibilities. Maximum marks will be awarded for submissions that are comprehensive, relevant, and tailored to the Health and Safety requirements of the project.
