Beschreibung der Änderungen: • Amendment #15, value: 813,626.68 EUR, the value of the options included but not activated is EUR 35,413.00; • Amendment #16, value: 2,743,221.47 EUR; • Amendment #17, value: 18,944,209.95 EUR, the value of the options included but not activated is EUR 5,967,355.64; • Amendment #18, value: 1,986,066.57 EUR; • Amendment #19, value: 1,340,136.36 EUR; • Amendment #20, value: 3,806,412.53 EUR, the value of the options included but not activated is EUR 74,836.44. The value of the Options were added to the value of the amendments for the purposes of establishing its total value. The newly included options shall not be activated by the Agency if as a result of such activation (a) the actual committed contract value exceeds 50% of the initial SC3 value, or (b) the aggregated committed value of the specific contracts exceeds the ceiling of the FWC. The total contract value of the contract prior to the current modifications was 823 724 461,69 EUR. The total contract value resulting from the above modifications is EUR 853,358,135.25.
