The volume is an estimate and is therefore not binding for the contracting authority. The contract will be valid for 1 year from when it is signed, with an option for the contracting authority to extend for up to 2 years, one year at a time (1+1+1+1). The contract will be extended automatically unless written notification is given, other than one month before the extension date.
