ted open data service


As described in our recently updated Developer’s corner for reusers page, TED data is available for reuse in multiple formats. The latest addition is Linked Open Data (LOD), which you can explore by using our TED Open Data Service.

LOD is a method of publishing structured data which places an emphasis on data interoperability, and semantic consistency. As a technology, it is based on the Resource Description Framework (RDF), which is a standard model for data interchange on the Web.

Linked Open Data, commonly referred to as "RDF data", can be queried using the SPARQL query language, and is designed to be easily linked to other data sources on the Web.

The TED Open Data Service enables you organise the information contained in TED notices as a knowledge graph and publish it for analysis and reuse, with the help of a SPARQL endpoint.
