Description of the procurement at the time of conclusion of the contract
Im Zuge der Sanierung Sammlungsbau wird die gesamte Heizungs- und Kältetechnik erneuert. Die Wärmeerzeugung erfolgt über Fernwärme, die Wärmeeinbringung über Heizkörper und Heizdecken. Zudem wird Wärme für Lüftungsanlagen bereitgestellt. Die Kälteerzeugung erfolgt über Kältemaschinen und Grundwassernutzung, die Kälteeinbringung über Umluftkühlgeräte und Kühldecken. Zudem wird Kälte für die Lüftungs-/Klimaanlagen bereitgestellt. Die Arbeiten müssen mit Fremdgewerken koordiniert werden.

Der Nachtrag enthält die gemäß der aktuellen Ausführungsplanung erforderllchen Konvektoren für den Bereich Hauptturm. Die Heizflächen mit den erforderlichen Leistungsdaten und Abmessungen sind nicht im Leistungsverzeichnis enthalten, da die Ausführungsplanung für den Bereich Hauptturm erst 2021 fertiggestellt wurde. 2020 gab es hier zusätzlich neue Vorgaben für die Heizlastberechnung. Die Ausschreibung für dieHeizungsarbeiten wurde 2017 erstellt.
