Documentatia va fi descarcata de pe site-ul https://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro. Solicitarile de clarificari referitoare la prezenta documentatie de atribuire se vor adresa în mod exclusiv în SICAP la sectiunea "Întrebari" din cadrul procedurii de atribuire derulate prin mijloace electronice, iar raspunsurile la acestea vor fi publicate în SICAP la sectiunea "Documentatie si clarificari" din cadrul anuntului/invitatiei de participare, autoritatea contractanta urmând sa nu dea curs solicitarilor adresate prin alta modalitate de comunicare decât cea stabilita.

- DUAE se genereaza in SICAP (instructiuni privind completarea DUAE sunt disponibile la adresa https://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro) iar completarea acestuia odata cu oferta este obligatorie, sub sanctiunea respingerii acesteia din urma ca inacceptabila conform art. 137 alin (2) lit. b) din H.G. nr. 395/2016

In cazul in care se constata ca ofertele admisibile clasate pe primul loc au preturi egale, autoritatea contractanta va organiza reofertarea prin intermediul SICAP .

Ofertantul isi asuma raspunderea exclusiva pentru legalitatea si autenticitatea tuturor documentelor prezentate in original si/sau in copie in vederea participarii la procedura.

Analizarea documentelor prezentate de ofertanti de catre comisia de evaluare nu angajeaza din partea acesteia nici o raspundere sau obligatie fata de acceptarea ca fiind autentice sau legale si nu inlatura raspunderea exclusiva a ofertantului sub acest aspect .
