Se dorește achiziţionarea de servicii de analiză a metagenomului bacterian si a transcriptomului precum și livrarea datelor şi a raportului de cercetare personalului beneficiarului. Achiziționarea serviciilor se va face prin încheirea unui acord-cadru pe 9 luni cu maximum 2 operatori economici și acordarea de contracte subsecvente fără reluarea competiţiei. Contractele subsecvente se vor încheia de regulă pentru fiecare an bugetar (între 1 şi 3 contracte).

Description of the procurement
Se dorește achiziţionarea de servicii de analiză a metagenomului bacterian si a transcriptomului precum și livrarea datelor şi a raportului de cercetare personalului beneficiarului.
Achiziționarea serviciilor se va face prin încheirea unui acord-cadru pe o perioada de 9 luni, cu contracte de prestare de servicii subsecvente.
Acordul-cadru se va încheia cu maximum 2 operatori economici, prin acordarea de contracte subsecvente fără reluarea competiţiei.
Contractele subsecvente se vor încheia de regulă pentru fiecare an bugetar (între 1 şi 3 contracte). În situaţia în care primul ofertant nu poate executa contractul subsecvent, acesta va fi atribuit ofertantului clasat pe locul următor.
Cantitatea estimată minimă pentru întregul acord-cadru este de 50 analize metagenom bacterian si 50 analize transcriptom, respectiv maximă este de 1 500 analize metagenom bacterian si 600 analize transcriptom.
Cantitatea estimată minimă pentru un contract subsecvent este de 50 analize metagenom bacterian si 50 analize transcriptom, respectiv maximă este de 1 500 analize metagenom bacterian si 600 analize transcriptom.
Valoarea estimată fără TVA a celui mai mic contract subsecvent este de 64 684,50 RON, respectiv a celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de 1 291 761,00 RON.
