Achiziţia are ca obiect furnizarea unei cantitati totale de 12.760 Kg de Banda plana (tabla) din Zircaloy-4, de diferite grosimi, astfel:
Banda plana, grosimea 0,83 mm – 2.140 kg,
Banda plana, grosimea 1,60 mm – 9.400 kg,
Banda plana, grosimea 1,98 mm – 1.220 kg.
Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 20 de zile.
Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau de informatii suplimentare, in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
Entitatea contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul-limita stabilit.

Quality criterion - Name: Prin Lungime minima Bandă plană de grosime 1,60 mm ofertata se intelege lungimea minima a benzilor plane de Zy-4 de grosime 1,60 mm, pe care ofertantul se angajeaza sa o respecte atunci cand va livra produsele, in baza contractului incheiat. Conform cerintelor Specificatiei de procurare cod S.P.-2.02 ed. 12 (Anexa A la Caietul de sarcini), benzile plane de Zy-4 de grosime 1,60 mm livrate, trebuie sa aiba lungimea de “min. 1.050 mm (+3mm)” si “max. 1.990 mm (+3mm)” Totodata, lungimile intermediare (Lint) ale benzilor plane de Zy-4 livrate, trebuie sa respecte formula Lint=Lmin+ (N x 94mm); unde Lmin=“max. 1.990 mm (+3mm)” N=1÷9 Ofertele cu valori ale Factorului F2 care nu se incadreaza in intervalul de mai sus vor fi declarate neconforme. / Weighting: 5
