Explanation:
Continuarea serviciilor de mentenanta material rulant metrou după 31.12.2019 (expirarea contractului actual), de catre compania care a realizat aceste servicii in perioada 2003-2019, pana la finalizarea unei proceduri competitive si semnarea unui nou contract (1 an), este justificata de riscul de afectare a transportului public de calatori ca urmare a neindeplinirii conditiilor reglementate rpivind asigurarea serviciilor de mentenanta material rulant printr-un operator specializat si agrementat de AFER. Pentru eliminarea riscului de afectare a transportului public cu metroul s-a impus angajarea serviciilor in regim de extrema urgenta, de la operatorul economic care a realizat aceste servicii in perioada 2003-2019 in baza Contractului nr. 91/2003, respectiv Alstom Transport Romania S.A., avand sediul in Bucuresti, Str. Razoare nr. 32, et. 2, sector 6, inregistrata la ORC sub nr. J40/22347/994, cod unic de identificare RO 6640696, pentru o perioada estimata la 1 an, incepand cu 1.1.2020, dar nu mai mult decat data intrarii in efectivitate a unui nou contract de servicii de mentenanta atribuit printr-o procedura competitiva. Anterior organizarii procedurii, Metrorex S.A. a publicat, in mod voluntar un anunt de intentie în SEAP cu nr. PI 1001079/24.10.2019 si in JOUE cu nr. 2019/S 209-511869 din 24.10.2019.
