Prezenta documentație de atribuire conține cerințele, criteriile, regulile și informațiile necesare pentru a asigura potențialilor ofertanți o informare completă, corectă și explicită cu privire la modul de aplicare a procedurii de atribuire a acordului-cadru având ca obiect modernizarea infrastructurii unităților de învățământ preuniversitar aflate în administrarea Direcției Generale pentru Administrarea Patrimoniului Imobiliar – Sector 2 București pentru aducerea acestora la o stare normală de exploatare care să asigure siguranța, confortul și condițiile igienico-sanitare necesare desfășurării activității, prin execuția lucrărilor de reparații, intervenție, consolidări, PSI, inclusiv furnizarea, montarea și punerea în funcțiune a dotărilor necesare, precum și serviciile de proiectare aferente.

În acest sens, obiectivul general al acordului-cadru este reprezentat de prestarea serviciilor și execuția lucrărilor necesare pentru asigurarea unor condiții optime de exploatare a imobilelor unde funcționează unitățile de învățământ și a altor imobile aflate în administrarea DGAPI Sector 2, după cum urmează:

— in cadrul lotului 1 – se vor achiziționa servicii de proiectare (întocmirea DTAC, DTOE, a documentației de avizare, a proiectelor tehnice, a detaliilor de execuție, verificare tehnică de specialitate și asistență tehnică din partea proiectantului) și lucrări de reparații, intervenție, consolidări, PSI, inclusiv furnizarea, montarea și punerea în funcțiune a dotărilor necesare pentru modernizarea infrastructurii unităților de învățământ preuniversitar (inclusiv imobile ce fac parte din lista monumentelor istorice și imobile din zone protejate) și a altor imobile aflate în administrarea DGAPI Sector 2 București;

— în cadrul lotului 2 – se vor achiziționa servicii de proiectare (întocmirea DTAC, DTOE, a documentației de avizare, a proiectelor tehnice, a detaliilor de execuție, verificare tehnică de specialitate și asistență tehnică din partea proiectantului) și lucrări de reparații, intervenție, consolidări, PSI, inclusiv furnizarea, montarea și punerea în funcțiune a dotărilor necesare pentru modernizarea infrastructurii unităților de învățământ preuniversitar (inclusiv imobile din zone protejate) și a altor imobile aflate în administrarea DGAPI Sector 2 București.

Orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire. În măsura în care solicitările de clarificare sunt primite cu cel puțin 20 de zile înainte de termenul-limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor acestor solicitări de clarificare în a 10-a zi înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
