Detalierea operatiunilor care constituie obiectul achizitiei se regaseste detaliat la nivelul caietului de sarcini, parte a documentelor prezentei achizitii.
În cadrul acestei proceduri, beneficiarii achizitiei si semnatarii acordului-cadru sunt mai multe autoritati contractante care, in baza art. 44 din Legea nr. 98/2016 realizeaza in comun prezenta achizitie, autoritatea contractanta care este mandatata sa organizeze prezenta procedura de atribuire ca lider de asociere fiind D.A.U.I. S4 si in continuare prin autoritate contractantă se va intelege oricare dintre autoritatile contractante beneficiare/semnatare ale acordului-cadru.
