Servicii de conversie a cărților funciare într-o bază de date textuală și arhivă digitală în județele Maramureș, Satu Mare, Sălaj, Sibiu, Brașov, Suceava și Harghita.
Autoritatea contractanta a stabilit 2 termene limita in care va raspunde în mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatii suplimentare primite de la operatorii economici, respectiv in a 20-a zi si in a 11-a zi înainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. La primul termen se raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari primite cu 27 de zile inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, iar la al doilea termen se raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari primite cu 18 zile inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.

Description of the procurement
Servicii de conversie a cărților funciare într-o bază de date textuală și arhivă digitală în județele Maramureș, Satu Mare, Sălaj, Sibiu, Brașov, Suceava și Harghita.
Acord-cadru:
1) cantitatea estimată minimă acord-cadru: 6 369 680 pagini eferente celor 636 968 cărți funciare existenta în arhivele O.C.P.I. Brașov, Harghita și Satu Mare;
2) valoarea estimată minimă acord-cadru: 26 752 656,00 RON, fără TVA;
3) cantitatea estimată maximă acord-cadru: 22 819 460 pagini aferente celor 2 281 946 cărți funciare existente în arhivele O.C.P.I. Maramureș, Satu Mare, Sălaj, Sibiu, Brașov, Suceava și Harghita;
4) valoarea estimată maximă acord-cadru: 95 841 732,00 RON, fără TVA.
Contract subsecvent:
1) cantitatea estimată minimă contract subsecvent: 416 000 pagini aferente celor 41 600 cărți funciare existente în arhiva O.C.P.I. Brașov;
2) valoarea estimată minima contract subsecvent: 1 747 200,00 RON, fără TVA;
3) cantitatea estimată maximă contract subsecvent: 5 311 900 pagini aferente celor 531 190 cărți funciare existente în arhiva O.C.P.I. Sibiu;
4) valoarea estimată maximă contract subsecvent: 22 309 980,00 RON, fără TVA.
