“Achizitia proiectarii si executiei lucrarilor pentru obiectivul de investitii " Valorificarea energiei geotermale in asociatie cu pompe de caldura, pentru producerea agentului termic pentru incalzire si apa calda in cartierul Nufarul I-Oradea", Cod unic: 4230487/2021/30
Proiectul este împărțit în 4 obiecte astfel:
• Obiectul 1: Rețea agent termic + legatura la M5 (str. Depozitelor)+ conducte de legatură la forajele de extracție și de reinjecție
• Obiectul 2: Stație Termică Geotermală + stații reinjecție foraj 1730 și foraj 4081
• Obiectul 3: Foraj de extracție + pompă de adâncime cu ax vertical pentru foraj extracție
• Obiectul 4: 277 Mini Puncte Termice montate la nivel de scară/imobil
Termenul pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de 20 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Solicitarile de clarificari vor fi transmise in format editabil.
Prevederile prezentei sectiuni se completeaza cu prevederile Caietui de Sarcini.
Valoarea totala estimata : 78.288.555,76 lei fara TVA defalcată astfel:
a) Valoare executie lucrari: 76.337.268,35 lei fara TVA
b) Valoare proiectare : 1.954.287,40 lei fara TVA
Ofertanții nu vor avea nici o obligație în raport cu valorile componentelor, acestea fiind orientative, oferta comparându-se în ansamblul său cu valoarea estimată a contractului

Description of the procurement
Tipurile de lucrari sunt cele descrise in referatul de necesitate nr. 121091/22.03.2021, precum si in caietul de sarcini nr.121077/22.03.2021 dupa cum urmeaza:
Obiectul contractului este reprezentat de:
1. Întocmirea tuturor documentaţiilor de proiectare pentru fazele: Obţinerea tuturor avizelor şi autorizaţiilor necesare de la toate autorităţile naţionale a căror legislaţie impune acest lucru şi pentru toate fazele de derulare a contractului (de exemplu: ISC ICIR, Pompieri, etc), a tuturor avizelor de racordare la utilități ale investiției (de exemplu: SDEE Electrica SA, Compania de Apă Oradea, SC Termoficare Oradea SA, etc), DTAC, Proiect tehnic, Detalii de execuţie, Documentaţie pentru obţinerea autorizaţiei de funcţionare ISCIR (dacă este cazul), Plan de securitate şi sănătate pe şantier, AS-BUILT (incluzând şi cărţile conductelor). Obținerea aprobarii planurilor de control şi verificare care contine şi fazele determinante ale lucrărilor, de către Inspectoratul de Stat în Construcţii (dupa caz).
2. Asistenţă tehnică din partea proiectantului;
3.Achiziţia de materiale și echipamente;
4. Execuţia lucrărilor şi punerea în funcţiune a instalaţiilor;
5. Testarea şi punerea în funcţiune (PIF), după efectuarea recepției la terminarea lucrărilor de execuţie. În timpul acestei perioade, Antreprenorul trebuie ca, în paralel, să desfăşoare Programul de Instruire (training) a personalul operatorului.
