Obiectul prezentei achiziții centralizate constă în achiziționarea de către Oficiul Național pentru Achiziții Centralizate de combustibili (benzină și motorină) pentru parcul auto al utilizatorilor pe bază de carduri în numele şi pentru utilizatorii mentionati in conținutul caietului de sarcini.
Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data-limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 20.
ONAC va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări, în a 11-a zi înainte de data-limită de depunere a ofertelor, potrivit prevederilor art. 161 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016, cu modificările și completările ulterioare.
