Short description
Acest obiectiv de investitii face obiectul contractului de finantare nr. 46/14.6.2017 pentru acordarea finantarii nerambursabile de catre AM POR pentru implementarea proiectului intitulat „Modernizarea infrastructurii de transport județean pe traseul Gulianca-Ianca-Viziru, asigurând conectivitatea directă cu coridorul TEN-T Brăila-Buzău”, cod SMIS 118085.
Valoarea estimata totala a lucrarilor:
— cheltuieli pentru investitia de baza: 71 370 430,68 RON, fara TVA;
— lucrari de constructii si instalatii aferente organizarii de santier (subcapitolul 5.1.1. din devizul general) 1 231 326,46 RON, fara TVA.
Total valoare C+M = 72 601 757,14 RON, fara TVA.
Cheltuieli conexe organizarii de santier (reprezinta toate valorile ce nu pot fi detaliate in proiectul tehnic, cuprinzand cheltuieli conform H.G. 907/2016 – Anexa 6, „Alte cheltuieli” cap. 5.1.2.): 350 874,00 RON, fara TVA.
Valoarea estimata totala a achizitiei: 72 952 631,14 RON, fara TVA.
Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 25 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari cu 10 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Conform art. 160 din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, obligatia autoritatii contractante de a raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari este conditionata de transmiterea solicitarilor de clarificare in termenul impus prin documentatia de atribuire, a se tine cont in acest caz de termenul indicat la I. 3).

Lucrarile ce urmeaza a fi achizitionate sunt lucrari de modernizare a tronsoanelor de drum judetean, respectiv reabilitarea structurii rutiere, a dispozitivelor de preluare a apelor pluviale, reparatii/inlocuiri ale podetelor existente si semnalizarea rutiera a drumurilor judetene:
— DJ 202A – intre localitatile Gulianca si Gradistea, km 0+000 – 27+012, L = 27,012 km;
— DJ 221 – intre localitatile Sutesti si Ianca, km 42+550 – 53+485, L = 10,935 km;
— DJ 211 – intre localitatile Ianca si Bordei Verde, km 43+800 – 52+548, L = 8,748 km;
— DJ 211A – intre localitatile Bordei Verde si Ianca, km 0+000 – 14+465, L = 14+465 km.
Lungimea totala a tronsoanelor de drum ce se vor moderniza este de 61,160 km.
— santuri de pamant = 97,377 km, din care: DJ 202A = 43,849 km; DJ 221 = 14,379 km; DJ 211 = 15,696 km; DJ 211A = 23,453 km;
— sant pereat DJ 221 = 2,944 km;
— rigola deschisa DJ 202A = 0,95 km;
— rigola carosabila = 9,6715 km, din care: DJ 202A = 2,8575 km; DJ 211 = 1,8 km; DJ 211A = 5,014 km;
— rigola de acostament DJ 221 = 4,267 km.
