Title: Unbemanntes Luftfahrzeugsystem (UAVS) für Feldforschung in Namibia
Description: Das UAVS muss aus zwei unbemannten Luftfahrzeugen (UAVs) bestehen. Muss in der Lage sein, im gesamten Etosha-Nationalpark (ca. 22.270 km², etwa 290 km lang und 110 km breit) zu operieren. Das Gebiet besteht überwiegend aus offenen Gras- und offenen Savannenlandschaften in Höhenlagen bis zu 1.200 m ü. M. Das System muss robust genug sein, um hohen Temperaturen, Wetteränderungen sowie Sand- und Staubeinwirkung standzuhalten, ebenso wie gelegentlicher grober Handhabung und Transport unter anspruchsvollen Feldbedingungen. Mit zusätzlichen Anforderungen wie: Mindestens 24 Monate Garantie auf sämtliche Geräte; Ersatzteilset, einschließlich mindestens: ein (1) vollständiger Satz Propeller, ein (1) vollständiges Landegestell, ein (1) Ersatz-Hauptantriebsmotor, ein (1) Ersatz-Elektroregler (ESC). Kundendienst (After-Sales Support) für mindestens drei (3) Jahre, einschließlich: Regelmäßiger Service-Bulletins, Sicherheits- und Technikmitteilungen sowie Zugang zu allen relevanten Software-/Firmware-Updates; Zeitnahe Mitteilung über Aktualisierungen, Modifikationen oder Probleme, die den sicheren und effizienten Betrieb beeinflussen; Laufende Fernunterstützung per E-Mail und/oder Messenger mit Reaktionszeit innerhalb von 24 Stunden; Klare Kontaktdaten des zuständigen Support-Teams; Verfügbarkeit eines autorisierten Vertreters oder Servicepartners mit Sitz in Namibia oder Südafrika zur Bereitstellung von regionalem Support, insbesondere während der Garantiezeit (eine darüber hinaugehende Wartung ist nicht Vertragsbestandteil). Bedienungsanleitungen in englischer und vorzugsweise deutscher Sprache, mindestens ein vollständiges gedrucktes Exemplar pro UAV sowie digitale Kopien. Das vollständige UAVS muss nach Namibia geliefert werden und folgende Anforderungen erfüllen: Der Lieferant ist für alle erforderlichen Exportgenehmigungen verantwortlich (die Zollabfertigung in Namibia erfolgt durch das Leibniz-Institut für Zoo- und Wildtierforschung - IZW); Der Lieferant muss ein umfassendes Trainingsprogramm für bis zu fünf (5) Teilnehmende durchführen: Schulungsort: Etosha-Nationalpark, Namibia (alle Reisekosten des Instructors sind vom Lieferanten zu tragen); Dauer: mindestens 16 Stunden (2-3 Tage), einschließlich theoretischer und praktischer Sessions, davon mindestens 5 Stunden Flugtraining; Mindestinhalte: Systemaufbau und Kalibrierung; Missionsplanung und -durchführung; UAV-Betrieb; Flugsicherheit; Datenmanagement und -verarbeitung; Routinewartung und Fehlerbehebung; Schulungssprache: Englisch.
