Title: Inlocuiri contoare la schimb periodic, extindere SMI, inlocuiri contoare defecte, deconectari -reconectari
Description: Serviciile solicitate a fi prestate in 6 judete (Iasi , Vaslui, Suceava, Botosani, Bacau, Neamt), a caror instalatii de distributie a energiei electrice sunt in gestiunea S.C. DELGAZ GRID S.A., sunt urmatoarele: 1) Inlocuire periodica contoare monofazate non smart + smart; 2) Inlocuire periodica contoare trifazate – in montaj direct - non smart + smart; 3) Extindere SMI prin inlocuirea contoarelor monofazate existente si montarea de contoare smart monofazate; 4) Extindere SMI prin inlocuirea contoarelor trifazate existente si montarea de contoare smart trifazate in montaj direct; 5) Inlocuire contoare monofazate defecte; 6) Inlocuire contoare trifazate in montaj direct defecte; 7) Deconectare/reconectare din contor monofazat sau firida de distributie a consumatorilor cu grup de masurare monofazat; 8) Deconectare/reconectare contor trifazat in montaj direct, din contor sau din firida de distributie; 9) Modificarea schemei de montaj a BMPm, BMPt prin montarea intrerupătorului in aval de contor, daca in teren intrerupătorul automat este montat in amonte de contor; 10) Demontare contoare/ mutare contoare din tablourile de tip K1,K2 . - detalii in anexa “Soluții tehnice de instalare contoare in casă”; 11) Montarea de filtre de semnal (la recomandarea furnizorului / producătorului de contoare de energie electrică inteligente ce utilizează protocolul G3-PLC și a concentratoarelor de date ce utilizeaza protocolul G3-PLC si cu consultarea Beneficiarului); 12) Montarea de cutii de măsurare si realizarea circuitelor de alimentare concentrator si conectare la transformatoarele de curent ale grupului de masurare de balanta de pe partea de joasa tensiune a postului de transformare MT/JT. 13) Montare FDCP / module de masurare sau BMPm si completare/ refacere circuite aferente. FDCP, modulele de masurare si BMPm vor fi puse la dispozitie de catre S.C.DELGAZ GRID S.A. Refacerea circuitelor se va efectua cu materiale puse la dipsozitie de catre prestator. (A se vedea SOT 053 ). Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 18 zile. Raspunsul entitatii contractante la aceste solicitari va fi transmis in a 11-a zi înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor in conformitate cu art. 173 din Legea 99/ 2016. Durata Acordului-cadru - se va incheia un Acord cadru cu durata de 48 luni.

Valoarea estimata pentru Bonusare la Acordul cadru de - 398.000,00 lei fara TVA - nu se oferteaza, dar va fi inclusa in calculul Valorii totale a ofertei financiare propuse de catre fiecare ofertant participant in procedura (a se vedea modul de calcul in Formularul de oferta financiara, atasat prezentei documentatii).
