Description: Die Ausschreibung erfolgt produktbezogen, beabsichtigt ist der Kauf des Multifocal-Sensorsystems Panomera® von Dallmeier Systems GmbH. Lieferung eines Videobeobachtungssystems für Teile der Braunschweiger Innenstadt, inkl. betriebsfertige Montage sowie Inbetriebnahme, inkl. der erforderlichen Datenspeichereinheiten, Datenschränke, Systemkomponenten und einer redundanten Datenhaltung. Die aktuelle Netzwerktechnik ist nicht Bestandteil der Ausschreibung. Erstellen eines Netzkonzeptes mit der BSNetz. Lieferung und betriebsfertige Montage eines Bedien- und Auswerteplatzes einschließlich der erforderlichen Hardware. Programmierung und Administration der für den Betrieb des Videobeobachtungssystems sowie der Bedien- und Auswerteplätze notwendigen Software. Schulung von zehn Mitarbeiter*innen des Polizeiinspektion Braunschweig zur Administration bezüglich zu vergebender Nutzungs- bzw. Rollenprofile, die Steuerung der Kameras, den Zugriff auf Aufzeichnungen sowie den Transfer von Aufzeichnungen auf externe Speichermedien, Wartung (Hardware, Software, Reinigung der Kameralinsen) sowie Updateservice der Software. Wartung der gesamten Anlage für die Dauer von 3 Jahren (zweimal jährlich) durch komplette Systemchecks per Fernwartung und einen Systemcheck vor Ort pro Jahr.
