Acord-cadru de executie „Lucrari de instalare conducte din otel, fibra de sticla si polietilena de inalta densitate”. Entitatea contractanta intentioneaza sa incheie un acord-cadru cu durata de 48 luni cu minim cinci, maxim opt operatori economici.
Cantitate estimata de conducta de otel, fibra de sticla (GRE) si polietilena de inalta densitate (HDPE), ce urmeaza a fi instalata pe parcursul derularii acordului-cadru:
(a) cantitate minima: 102 400 metri, din care:
— otel: 79 900 metri;
— GRE: 12 000 metri;
— HDPE: 10 500 metri;
(b) cantitate maxima: 853 625 metri, din care:
— otel: 610 000 metri;
— GRE: 130 000 metri;
— HDPE: 113 625 metri.
Cantitatea estimata de conducta de otel, fibra de sticla (GRE) si polietilena de inalta densitate (HDPE), ce urmeaza a fi instalata pe parcursul celui mai mic contract subsecvent: 1 450 metri, din care:
— otel: 1 135 metri;
— GRE: 189 metri;
— HDPE: 126 metri.
Cantitatea estimata de conducta de otel, fibra de sticla (GRE) si polietilena de inalta densitate (HDPE), ce urmeaza a fi instalata pe parcursul celui mai mare contract subsecvent: 24 474 metri, din care:
— otel: 15 855 metri;
— GRE: 4 698 metri;
— HDPE: 3.921 metri.
Aceasta estimare se bazeaza pe consumurile istorice pe fiecare tip de material si diametru de conducte si in concordanta cu acestea, celelalte lucrari conexe.
Atribuirea contractelor subsecvente se va realiza cu reluarea competitiei intre semnatarii acordului-cadru. Elementele care vor face obiectul reluarii competitiei sunt preturile unitare inscrise in oferta financiara (anexa la acordul-cadru), respectiv cele care corespund limitei maxime a preturilor de la care ofertantii deveniti semnatari ai acordului-cadru vor incepe imbunatatirea ofertei transmise, ca urmare a primirii invitatiei pentru reluarea competitiei in scopul atribuirii unui contract subsecvent.
Toate celelalte elemente/conditii inscrise in acordul-cadru raman neschimbate pe intreaga durata a acordului-cadru.
Conform prevederilor art. 172 din Legea nr. 99/2016, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, solicitarile de clarificari privind documentatia de atribuire se vor transmite cel mai tarziu cu 19 zile inainte de data-limita de depunere a ofertelor, la adresa: www.e-licitatie.ro in cadrul anuntului de participare aferent procedurii – sectiunea „Intrebari”. In masura in care solicitarile de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare au fost adresate in termenul prevazut in anuntul de participare, entitatea contractanta va raspunde in a 10-a zi inainte de data-limita de depunere a ofertelor, in cadrul anuntului de participare aferent procedurii – sectiunea „Intrebari”.

Description of the procurement
La data initierii prezentei proceduri de atribuire, entitatea contractanta estimeaza ca, pe durata de valabilitate a acordului-cadru, sa fie atribuit cate un contract subsecvent la un interval aproximativ de o luna si jumatate (in functie de natura si complexitatea scopului contractelor subsecvente), incepand cu data intrarii in vigoare a acordului-cadru.
Cantitati estimate de conducte de otel, fibra de sticla si sticla si polietilena de inalta densitate („HDPE”), a caror lucrari de instalare vor fi executate per acord-cadru (metri):
— minim 102 400/maxim 853 625, din care:
—— otel: minim 79 900/maxim 610 000;
—— fibra de sticla: minim 12 000/maxim 130 000;
—— HDPE: minim 10 500/maxim 113 625.
Valori totale estimate pentru minim, respectiv maxim acord-cadru (lei, fara TVA): 32 113 942,00 RON/264 794 821,25 RON.
Cantitati estimate de conducte instalate asociate celui mai mic/mare contract subsecvent: 1 450 metri/24 474 metri, din care:
— cantitati estimate de conducte din otel asociate celui mai mic/mare contract subsecvent: 1 135 metri/15 855 metri;
— cantitati estimate de conducte din GRE asociate celui mai mic/mare contract subsecvent: 189 metri/maxim 4 698 metri;
— cantitati estimate de conducte din HDPE asociate celui mai mic/mare contract subsecvent: 126 metri/maxim 3 921 metri.
Valori estimate asociate celui mai mic/mare contract subsecvent (lei, fara TVA): 454 978,39 RON/7 507 183,50 RON.
