Dambovita), Cod SMIS proiect: 330370 prin Programul Regional Sud-Muntenia 2021-2027,Prioritatea 2 - O regiune cu orașe prietenoase cu mediu, Fond: FEDR, Obiectivul Specific RSO 2.1 - Promovarea eficienței energetice și reducerea emisiilor de gaze cu efect de seră, Apel de proiecte: Promovarea eficienței energetice și reducerea emisiilor de gaze cu efect de seră prin investiții în clădiri publice, proiecte etapizate. Obiectul prezentei proceduri de achizitie este: Achiziție contract furnizare dotari „Reabilitare, modernizare, extindere si echipare Scoala gimnaziala Colacu, orasul Racari, jud. Dambovita”. Durata proiectului mai sus mentionat este de la data semnarii Contractului de finantare pana la data inchiderii programului sau expirarea perioadei de durabilitate a proiectului, oricare intervine ultima. Contractul de finanțare a intrat in vigoare la data semnarii acestuia de catre ambele parti. Procedura de achizitie publica este impartita pe loturi, dupa cum urmeaza: - LOT 1 Achizitie mobilier scolar - LOT 2 Achizitie echipamente IT si TIC - LOT 3 Achizitie echipamente si dotari Sala si teren de sport - LOT 4 Achizitie dotari PSI - LOT 5 Achizitie echipamente pentru curățenie și refrigerare - LOT 6 Achizitie carti pentru biblioteca scolara Valoarea estimata a achizitiei, raportata la cantitatile produselor care vor fi livrate, este de 927.413,00 lei fara TVA, din care: - LOT 1 Achizitie mobilier scolar - 322.233,00 lei - LOT 2 Achizitie echipamente IT si TIC - 310.145,00 lei - LOT 3 Achizitie echipamente si dotari Sala si teren de sport – 85.732,00 lei - LOT 4 dotari PSI – 14.553,00 lei - LOT 5 Achizitie echipamente pentru curățenie și refrigerare– 9.750,00 lei - LOT 6 Achizitie carti pentru biblioteca scolara – 185.000,00 lei. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 161 alin. (1) din Legea 98/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, Autoritatea Contractanta stabileste un singur termen limita in care va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/ informatiilor suplimentare. Astfel, numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
