Acord-cadru de prestare: „Servicii pentru reparatii incluzand piesele de schimb aferente, pentru echipamente utilizate in activitatea de workover, foraj si productie titei si gaze”.
In masura in care solicitarile de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare au fost adresate in termenul prevazut in anuntul de participare, respectiv cel mai tarziu cu 19 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit in anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor, conform prevederilor art. 172 din Legea nr. 99/2016. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificare adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul stabilit, conform prevederilor art. 29 alin. (3) din HG 394/2016.

Cantitatile minime/maxime estimate de servicii aferente obiectului acordului-cadru, respectiv cantitatile de servicii ce ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent dintre cele care urmeaza sa fie atribuite, pe durata acordului-cadru, sunt dupa cum urmeaza:
— Cantitatile estimate de servicii acord-cadru: minim 460 operatii/maxim 3 700,
— Cantitatile estimate de servicii pentru un singur contract subsecvent: minim 115/maxim 460.
