Title: Wzmocnienie potencjału jednostek straży pożarnej w gminie Biała Piska
Description: 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup wraz z dostawą nowego średniego samochodu ratowniczo - gaśniczego dla Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Białej Piskiej oraz zakup wraz z dostawą sprzętu, wyposażenia, umundurowania, sprzętu ratownictwa technicznego, narzędzi tnących dla Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Białej Piskiej i Skarżynie oraz dodatkowego wyposażenia pojazdu ratowniczo – gaśniczego. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 5 części, co oznacza, że Wykonawcy mogą składać oferty na jedną, kilka lub wszystkie części zamówienia, zgodnie z własnymi możliwościami organizacyjnymi i technicznymi. Każda część będzie oceniana odrębnie, a umowa zostanie zawarta z Wykonawcą, którego oferta okaże się najkorzystniejsza w danej części. Podział na części i ich szczegółowy opis i wymagania zostały określone w OPZ stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1.1 -1.5 do SWZ. Zamówienie zostało podzielone na następujące części: • Część 1 – Zakup i dostawa nowego średniego samochodu ratowniczo – gaśniczego dla Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Białej Piskiej • Część 2 – Zakup i dostawa sprzętu, wyposażenia i umundurowania • Część 3 – Zakup i dostawa sprzętu ratownictwa technicznego • Część 4 – Zakup i dostawa narzędzi tnących • Część 5 – Zakup i dostawa dodatkowego wyposażenia pojazdu ratowniczo - gaśniczego 3. Sprzęt jeżeli jest dla niego wymagane świadectwo dopuszczenia, musi spełniać wymagania rozporządzenia Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych i Administracji z dnia 20 czerwca 2007 r. w sprawie wykazu wyrobów służących zapewnieniu bezpieczeństwa publicznego lub ochronie zdrowia i życia oraz mienia, a także zasad wydawania dopuszczenia tych wyrobów do użytkowania (Dz. U. z 2007 r. Nr 143, poz. 1002, ze zmianami). Potwierdzeniem spełnienia ww. wymagań będzie przedłożenie świadectw dopuszczenia najpóźniej w dniu odbioru. 4. Wykonawca dostarczy Zamawiającemu przedmiot zamówienia w miejsce wskazane przez Zamawiającego, po wcześniejszym powiadomieniu telefonicznym lub e-mailowym najpóźniej jeden dzień przed realizacją przedmiotu umowy. 5. Przedmiot zamówienia musi być fabrycznie nowy, nieużywany, wolny od wad i kompletny tj. posiadający wszelkie akcesoria, przewody, kable niezbędne do ich użytkowania. Zaoferowany sprzęt musi być gotowy do użytkowania bez dodatkowych zakupów. Musi pochodzić z oficjalnych kanałów dystrybucyjnych producenta, zapewniających w szczególności realizację uprawnień gwarancyjnych. Cały asortyment składający się na przedmiot zamówienia powinien być nowy, nie noszący śladów uszkodzeń zewnętrznych i uprzedniego używania. 6. Przedmiot zamówienia dofinansowany jest w ramach projektu „Wzmacnianie potencjału jednostek straży pożarnej w gminie Biała Piska” w ramach Priorytetu FEWM.02 Środowisko Działania 02.07 Adaptacja do zmian klimatu Schemat A (typ projektu 3) programu regionalnego Fundusze Europejskie dla Warmii i Mazur 2021-2027 współfinansowanego ze środków Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego.
