Description: RENOVAREA INTEGRATĂ (consolidare seismică și renovare energetică moderată) și RENOVARE ENERGETICĂ MODERATĂ SAU APROFUNDATĂ A CLĂDIRILOR PUBLICE - grădinițe, școli, licee, clădiri administrative din Sectorul 3 (Execuție) VALOAREA TOTALĂ A ACORDULUI CADRU: 923.045.335,30 LEI FĂRĂ TVA CANTITATE ESTIMATĂ ACORD CADRU MAXIM: 455.881,92 MP VALOAREA CELUI MAI MARE CONTRACT SUBSECVENT: 27.668.802,70 LEI FĂRĂ TVA CANTITATE CEL MAI MARE CONTRACT SUBSECVENT: 10.046,00 MP Autoritatea contractanta isi rezerva dreptul de a suplimenta acordul-cadru. Se va avea in vedere faptul ca suplimentarea va putea fi realizata atat valoric cat si cantitativ. Asa cum rezulta din dispoziţiile art. 20 lit. f) din HG nr. 395/2016 pentru aprobarea Normelor metodologice de aplicare a prevederilor referitoare la atribuirea contractului de achiziţie publica/acordului-cadru din Legea nr. 98/2016, cu modificările si completările ulterioare, cantitatile minime si maxime pe care autoritatea contractanta le stabileşte iniţial in documentaţia de atribuire, si ulterior in acordul-cadru, reprezintă estimări ale unor cantitati care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata întregului acord-cadru, si nu cantitatile exacte care vor fi achiziţionate, acestea din urma putând fi mai mici, egale, sau mai mari raportat la cele estimate, in funcţie de necesităţile efective ale autoritatii contractante. CANTITATILE MINIME SI MAXIME LA NIVELUL ACORDULUI CADRU, A CONTRACTELOR SUBSECVENTE SE REGASESC IN DOCUMENTATIA DE ATRIBUIRE - ANEXA CANTITATI MAXIME ACORD CADRU, ANEXA CANTITATI MINIME ACORD CADRU, ANEXA CANTITATI CEL MAI MARE CONTRACT SUBSECVENT, ANEXA CANTITATI MINIME CEL MAI MIC CONTRACT SUBSECVENT. Frecventa contractelor ce urmeaza sa fie atribuite: maxim 48 contracte subsecvente /4 ani. Autoritatea contractanta isi rezerva dreptul de a incheia mai multe sau mai putine contracte, in functie de necesitati. Atribuirea contractelor subsecvente încheierii acordului-cadru se va face fără reluarea competiției (aceasta optiune fiind bifata la intocmirea prezentei documentatii de atribuire). Termenul pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
