Description: Proiectul include realizarea următoarelor lucrări de apa uzata la nivelul judetului Vaslui: Statii de epurare ape uzate in Husi, Vaslui si Dumesti. Contractantul va proiecta si executa lucrarile aferente acestei proceduri in conformitate cu cerintele impuse prin documentatia de atribuire. In caietul de Sarcini sunt prezentate tipul activitatilor, specializarea si cantitatile minime necesare realizarii contractului, respectiv: a) Proiectul Tehnic si Detaliile de Executie– cuprinzând proiectarea procesului tehnologic si a constructiilor, instalatiilor si echipamentelor aferente obiectelor tehnologice de pe fluxul de captare, tratare, pompare etc. b) Intocmirea documentatiilor pentru obţinerea tuturor avizelor şi autorizaţiilor necesare executiei proiectului, de la toate autorităţile mentionate in Certificatul de Urbanism, conform legislatiei in vigoare in domeniul construcţiilor din Romania. c) Execuţia lucrărilor inclusiv furnizarea si montarea utilajelor si echipamentelor şi punerea în funcţiune a obiectivelor. d) Instruirea personalului operatorului e) Intocmirea desenelor post executie si a documentelor necesare Cărţii Construcţiei conform HG 273/1994 cu modificările ulterioare. f) Testare si punere in functiune. g) Remedierea eventualelor defecte aparute in Perioada de Notificare a Defectelor Durata de executie a lucrarilor este de 24 de luni de la data ordinului de incepere si 36 luni perioada de notificare a defectelor.
