Main features of the procedure: Akershus University Hospital, Nordbyhagen, shall procure a new CT. A CT system shall be procured for intervention procedures, reviews and inspections of patients in all age groups. Tenders shall, as a minimum, include functionality and software, so that the outlined need as described is taken care of at least: Intervention software, monitors/monitors, foot pedals, control unit/manoeuvrability. The offered equipment must be able to cover the described need. The intervention system, user interface, ergonomics and work flow are weighted highly. The effect achieved by setting minimum requirements is to ensure a long lifetime of the product, which in turn leads to consumption reduction. Completed market surveys show that several potential tenderers fulfil the minimum requirements, but not all. The market is, thus, mature in order to set the minimum requirements for climate and environment.
