Description: De aanleiding voor de aanbesteding is het feit dat de huidige overeenkomst voor het leveren van blushandschoenen is geëxpireerd. Daarnaast is beleidsmatig de keuze gemaakt om af te stappen van leren blushandschoenen en te kiezen voor stoffen blushandschoenen. De doelstelling van de Aanbestedende dienst is om middels deze Europese aanbesteding te komen tot een overeenkomst met één opdrachtnemer, zodat de beroeps- en vrijwillige brandweerlieden voorzien worden van voldoende en betrouwbare blushandschoenen, waarbij de leverancier op een doel- en rechtmatige wijze is gecontracteerd. De scope van de opdracht betreft het leveren van blushandschoenen. Voor de komende vier (4) jaar is de verwachting dat er circa 2.500 paar blushandschoenen besteld worden. Het merendeel hiervan (circa 2.200 stuks) zullen na het sluiten van de overeenkomst in één (1) keer besteld en geleverd worden.

Description of the options: De aanbestedende dienst wenst met één (1) inschrijver een overeenkomst te sluiten met betrekking tot het leveren van blushandschoenen. De initiële looptijd is twee (2) jaar, deze vangt aan op 2 maart 2026 en eindigt op 1 maart 2028. Na het verstrijken van deze initiële contractperiode kan de overeenkomst eenzijdig door de aanbestedende dienst worden verlengd met maximaal twee (2) maal één (1) jaar.
