Description: Die ausgeschriebene Schutzkleidung soll zukünftig in Kombination mit der jeweils erforderlichen persönlichen Dienst- und Schutzausrüstung dazu dienen, die Körper der Beamten des feuerwehrtechnischen Einsatzdienstes der Berufsfeuerwehr sowie der Freiwilligen Feuerwehr bei Einsätzen, Übungen und technischen Einsätzen vor Gefahren zu schützen. Dabei soll sie Schutz gegen Wärmestrahlung, Feuereinwirkung, mechanische Einflüsse sowie eine hohe Sichtbarkeit bei Tag und Nacht bieten. Zudem soll die zu liefernde Kleidung einen Schutz vor Witterungs- und Nässeeinwirkung gewährleisten und gleichzeitig einenn guten bekleidungsphysiologischen Tragekomport sicherstellen. Die Leistungsbeschreibung enthält sicherheitstechnische Anforderungen hinsichtlich der verwendeten Werkstoffe, der Ausführung, der Kennzeichnung sowie der entsprechenden Prüfverfahren. Der Feuerwehr-Schutzanzug (im Folgenden nur "Schutzkleidung" genannt) muss diesen Anforderungen entsprechen. Alle in den Vertragsbedingungen geforderten Prüfzeugnisse bzw. Zertifikate sind vorzulegen. Der Anbieter hat die Einhaltung der Anforderungen nach EN 469 im Zertifikat sowie die darüber hinausgehenden Anforderungen durch Prüfzeugnisse zu bestätigen.
