Reason for modification: Need for modifications because of circumstances which a diligent buyer could not predict.
Description: Modificación consistente en la necesidad de incluir una serie de nuevas unidades de obra necesarias para adecuar las especificaciones del contrato a unas circunstancias concretas y que se han puesto de manifiesto con posterioridad a la adjudicación del contrato, consistentes en la implantación de contracarril, instalación de cupones entre 12 y 18m y al corte del carril viejo para su traslado como residuo, y que son conformes al apartado 2d del artículo 111 de la RDLSE, que permiten proponer la modificación no prevista del contrato cuando las mismas no sean sustanciales. La modificación propuesta implica ampliación de plazo de ejecución del contrato, siendo la nueva fecha de finalización el 21/11/2029
