Reason for modification: Modifications based on review clauses or options.
Description: Aproximadamente a treinta y dos meses de este contrato, el grado de ejecución del contrato alcanza casi el 88%, estimándose necesario incrementar en 68.000,00 euros adicionales el presupuesto del mismo para cubrir las necesidades de contratación de SELEXIPAG (DOE) que está originado la variación al alza respecto al número de unidades previstas. La ampliación del suministro de unidades de Uptravi® se explica por el mayor uso de este medicamento indicado para el tratamiento a largo plazo de la hipertensión arterial pulmonar (HAP) en pacientes adultos en clase funcional (CF) II-III de la OMS, en terapia de combinación en pacientes controlados, de forma insuficiente, con un antagonista del receptor de la Endotelina (ARE) y/o un inhibidor de la Fosfodiesterasa tipo 5 (PDE-5), o en monoterapia en pacientes que no son candidatos a estas terapias.
