Justification: Критерии за достъпност за лица с увреждания не са включени, защото текстилните изделия - предмет на поръчката са с универсално приложение, общодостъпни, изработени в съответствие с европейски и международни стандарти и са предназначени за униформено облекло на служителите на ГДПБЗН при изпълнение на служебните им задължения. Продуктите - обект на обществената поръчка не попадат в обхвата на Директива (ЕС) 2019/882 на Европейския парламент. В МВР са създадени условия за достъпност и практичност на информацията за тези продукти (където е приложимо), както и условия за равен достъп на същите от всички физически лица - служители на ГДПБЗН, за които същите са предназначени.
