Lucrările de mentenantă constau în: revizii tehnice (RT), reparatii accidentale (RA), reparatii de nivel III (R1), extinderi de retele, executie linii electrice aeriene de medie tensiune (LEA MT), linii electrice subterane de medie tensiune (LES MT), linii electrice aeriene de joasă tensiune (LEA JT), linii electrice subterane de joasă tensiune (LES JT, bransamente si posturi de transformare aeriene (PTA), posturi si puncte de alimentare în constructii independente sau civile (cabină secundară), lucrări pe bara de medie tensiune a statiilor de transformare IT/MT; securizarea grupurilor de măsură; imbunatatirea nivelului de tensiune în retelele existente prin injectii noi (posturi trafo, retele MT, JT etc); lucrări de întărire retea. Cantitati estimate minime si maxime ale acordului cadru: Conform centralizatoarelor financiare de preturi (Formularul F11/LOT), atasate la prezenta documentatie. Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent pentru fiecare LOT in parte este: LOT 1 – CONSTANTA : 2,500,000 lei, fara TVA LOT 2 – CALARASI: 2,500,000 lei, fara TVA LOT 3 – IALOMITA: 2,500,000 lei, fara TVA LOT 4 – TULCEA: 2,500,000 lei, fara TVA Pentru fiecare lot in parte frecventa contractelor subsecvente ce vor fi atribuite este lunara, conform ANEXA 1, anexata strategiei de contractare. Operatorii economici interesati pot solicita clarificari/informatii suplimentare pana in a 20-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. In masura in care solicitarile de clarificari sau informatiile suplimentare au fost adresate in termenul prevazut in anuntul de participare, Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet in a 11 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a of (Conf prev art.172 al (2) si 173 al (1) din Legea 99/2016 actualizata). Entitatea contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul-limita stabilit, conform art. 29 alin. (3) din HG 394/2016.
