Description: Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια οχημάτων και εξοπλισμού για τις ανάγκες της Πολιτικής Προστασίας, με τα πρώτα να διαθέτουν κινητήρες νέας γενιάς, αντιρρυπαντικής τεχνολογίας (χαμηλής εκπομπής διοξειδίου του άνθρακα, αλλά και άλλων ρύπων, καθώς και αιρούμενων σωματιδίων), με στόχο τόσο την μείωση της ρύπανσης, όσο και της κατανάλωσης των ορυκτών καυσίμων. Συγκεκριμένα, η προμήθεια αφορά την αγορά από το ελεύθερο εμπόριο, ενός (1) υδροφόρου οχήματος, ενός (1) ημιφορτηγού οχήματος (pickup), ενός (1) συγκροτήματος πυρόσβεσης για όχημα πολλαπλών χρήσεων (Unimog), ενός (1) υβριδικού οχήματος (SUV) 4x4 και ενός (1) αλατοδιανομέα.

Σε περίπτωση προσφυγής κατά πράξης της αναθέτουσας αρχής η προθεσμία για την άσκηση της προδικαστικής προσφυγής είναι:(α) δέκα (10) ημέρες από την κοινοποίηση της προσβαλλόμενης πράξης στον ενδιαφερόμενο οικονομικό φορέα αν η πράξη κοινοποιήθηκε με ηλεκτρονικά μέσα ή τηλεομοιοτυπία ή (β) δεκαπέντε (15) ημέρες από την κοινοποίηση της προσβαλλόμενης πράξης σε αυτόν αν χρησιμοποιήθηκαν άλλα μέσα επικοινωνίας, άλλως γ) δέκα (10) ημέρες από την πλήρη, πραγματική ή τεκμαιρόμενη, γνώση της πράξης που βλάπτει τα συμφέροντα του ενδιαφερόμενου οικονομικού φορέα.
