Weichenstilllegung im Zeitraum von Juni 2025 bis Juli 2025 im Rahmen des Bauvorhabens Unterwellenborn. Diese Leistungen
waren nicht erkennbar und notwendig, um das Biegen der Weichenzungen durchzuführen und wurden durch Anordnung 3 der
Projektleitung veranlasst. Die zusätzlichen Leistungen konnten nur durch die GUT und deren NUN erbracht werden. Die ARGE ist
als Ausführungsunternehmen für das Unterwellenborn gebunden. Leistungen wurden auch zeitgleich mit Baumaßnahmen und
Sperrpausen durchgeführt. Das Biegen ist durch entsprechendes präqualifiziertes Personal durchzuführen. Das Unternehmen ist
mit dem Bauvorhaben vertraut (Synergieeffekte) und führte bereits die Grundleistungen aus.
