Other justification: Am Institut für diagnostische und interventionelle Radiologie des Universitätsklinikums St. Pölten soll eine Reinvestition des Mammographiesystems inkl. Zubehör auf Grund des Gerätealters und der eingeschränkten Ersatzteilverfügbarkeit getätigt werden.Das Mammographiesystem muss über die Möglichkeit verfügen, Tomosyntheseaufnahmen in einem Winkel von über 40° bei einer Scanzeit von maximal fünf Sekunden anzufertigen. Dadurch werden Bewegungsartefakte und Überlagerungseffekte reduziert, feine teils verdeckte Strukturen sichtbar gemacht und der Patientinnen- und Patientenkomfort erhöht.Des Weiteren müssen Biopsieproben lateral und vertikal entnommen werden können, um je nach Läsionslage und Kompressionsrichtung den optimalen Zugang zu wählen.Die damit verbundenen Kriterien können nur von Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics GmbH mit dem Mammographiesystem „MAMMOMAT B.brilliant“ in ihrer geforderten Gesamtheit erfüllt werden.
