Description: Incheierea unui acord-cadru de furnizare ”Combustibil pentru turboreactoare Tip Jet A1” având durata de 36 luni, conform cerințelor din caietul de sarcini si a specificatie tehnice a produsului (Anexa nr.1 la caietul de sarcini). Produsul ofertat va fi insotit de documente justificative privind caliatatea produsului emise de producător (respectiv, certificatul de calitate emis de producător și certificatul de analiză emis de un laborator acreditat RENAR). În cazul încheierii unui acord-cadru: Valoarea estimată a celui mai mare contract subsecvent care se anticipează că va fi atribuit pe durata acordului-cadru: 204.516.000,00 lei. Estimări ale cantităților minime și maxime care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata întregului acord-cadru - cantități minime 38600 tone, cantități maxime 140000 tone. Estimări ale cantităților minime și maxime care ar putea fi solicitate prin cel mai mare contract subsecvent - cantități minime 14200 tone. cantități maxime 50000 tone. Description: Pk1 = (Vki / Vi max ) *ni în care: i – factor de evaluare; Pki – punctajul calculat pentru ofertantul k corespunzător factorului de evaluare i); Vki = valoarea corespunzătoare factorului de evaluare i) pentru ofertantul “k”; Vi max = valoarea cea mai mare ofertată pentru factorului de evaluare i, (valoarea cea mai mare dar nu mai mult de 1500 tone). n – nr. maxim de puncte corespunzătoare factorului de evaluare i). În urma aplicării formulelor de calcul a punctajelor pentru fiecare ofertă depusă în cadrul procedurii, câștigătorul desemnat va fi operatorul economic care va primi cel mai mare punctaj din maximul posibil de 100 de puncte. Criteriu suplimentar de evaluare a ofertelor: În cazul în care două sau mai multe oferte sunt clasate pe primul loc, cu punctaje egale, departajarea se va face având în vedere punctajul obținut la factorii de evaluare în ordinea descrescătoare a ponderilor acestora. În situația în care egalitatea se menține, autoritatea contractantă are dreptul să solicite noi propuneri financiare, și oferta câștigătoare va fi desemnată cea cu propunerea financiară cea mai mică.
