Es wird auf die in § 135 Abs. 2 GWB genannten Fristen verwiesen. Die Ausschreibung erfolgt auf der Grundlage der SektVO im Verhandlungsverfahren ohne öffentlichen Teilnahmewettbewerb gem. SektVO §48) kann die neuerliche Durchführung eines öffentlichen Teilnahmewettbewerbs entfallen. Es wird die Bekanntmachung des Qualifizierungssystems im Amtsblatt der EU unter 2023/S 206-648801 am 25.10.2023). Des Weiteren wären die Eignungskriterien ausschließlich PQ, darüber hinaus sind keine weiteren Eignungen gefordert. Da lediglich PQ`s gefordert werden, wird die Vergabe im nicht öffentlichen Teilnahmewettbewerb ausgeschrieben.
