Description: Burlane de tubaj si servicii de depozitare conform specificatiilor caietului de sarcini. Produsele si serviciile ce urmeaza sa fie achizitionate sunt necesare pentru asigurarea materialului tubular (burlane de tubaj) necesar constructiei sondelor de explorare si asigurarea serviciilor de depozitare. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatilor suplimentare, cu 11 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Numărul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 18 zile.

Description: Punctajul tehnic pentru factorul de evaluare “termen de livrare” se acodă astfel:  Pentru termene de livrare mai mici sau egale de 120 de zile (T120) se acorda punctajul maxim alocat, respectiv 10 puncte.  Pentru alte termene de livrare (Tn) cuprinse intre 120 de zile (T120) si 150 de zile inclusiv punctajul se acorda astfel: Ptehnic = 10 - (Tn – 120) / 3  Daca termenul de livrare este mai mare de 150 de zile oferta va fi considerata neconforma.  Oferta declarata castigatoare va fi cea care intruneste cel mai mare punctaj total.
