CODE="DE"/><NUTS CODE="NL"/></LOCATION_NUTS><SHORT_CONTRACT_DESCRIPTION><P>Réalisation des campagnes de publicité France 2017 (de février 2017 à octobre 2017) sur les marchés britannique, allemand et néerlandais, associant destinations françaises, transporteurs locaux et tour opérateurs. Le contrat prendra effet à compter du 15.9.2016 jusqu'au 31.10.2017. A la fin de cette période initiale, le contrat pourra être renouvelé, à la demande d'Atout France, par avenant écrit dans la limite de 2 (deux) fois, soit jusqu'au 31.10.2018 pour la campagne France 2018 ou jusqu'au 31.10.2019 pour la campagne France 2019.</P></SHORT_CONTRACT_DESCRIPTION><CPV><CPV_MAIN><CPV_CODE CODE="79340000"/></CPV_MAIN></CPV><CONTRACT_COVERED_GPA VALUE="NO"/></DESCRIPTION_CONTRACT_INFORMATION><QUANTITY_SCOPE><NATURE_QUANTITY_SCOPE><TOTAL_QUANTITY_OR_SCOPE><P>Sélection d'une agence de communication pour la réalisation des prestations suivantes:</P><P>— création d'un concept et élaboration des campagnes de publicité France 2017 en Grande-Bretagne, Allemagne et Pays-Bas, intégrant les destinations françaises partenaires d'Atout France et les partenaires locaux type transporteurs et tour opérateurs,</P><P>— mise en place et déclinaison du concept publicitaires sur différents média (off et online; avec différents traitements créatifs en particulier via de l'affichage publicitaire en extérieur, presse, bannières web, sites web et media sociaux) sur les trois marchés et assurer le suivi opérationnel avec les représentants des trois bureaux d'Atout France, afin de lancer et superviser la campagne conformément au plan d'actions media pour chaque marché (étant entendu que les plans d'actions media varieront en fonction du budget, des spécificités des marchés et des objectifs locaux),</P><P>— aide à la recherche de partenariats, notamment lors de la réalisation d'une proposition commerciale qu'Atout France utilisera lors de la négociation avec les partenaires,</P><P>— en lien avec l'agence média d'Atout France, l'agence se chargera de l'ensemble de la production conformément aux spécifications techniques des média: media offline et online,</P><P>— réalisation et mise en ligne du dispositif de campagne dédié hébergé sur le site d'Atout France: france.fr (site web B2C d'Atout France),</P><P>— analyse de infraction affectant la moralité professionnelle;</P><P>4) si le candidat est en redressement judiciaire, copie du ou des jugements prononcés;</P><P>5) déclaration sur l'honneur, dûment datée et signée, justifiant que le candidat n'entre dans aucun des cas mentionnés à l'article 45 de l'ordonnance n° 2015-899 du 23 juillet 2015 (article relatif aux interdictions de clandestin;</P><P>4) déclaration sur l'honneur, dûment datée et signée, que les salariés affectés au marché sont embauchés selon les règles juridiques en vigueur dans le moins un des trois marchés dans lesquels le contrat sera exécuté, mais aussi dans tout autre domaine permettant de juger de la capacité du candidat;</P><P>2) liste des marchés réalisés au cours des 3 dernières années;</P><P>3) titres d'études et professionnels de l'entrepreneur et des cadres responsables du projet;</P><P>4) état de références clients sur les marchés exécutés comportant les coordonnées professionnelles (tél., email, fax) des personnes à contacter;</P><P>5) présentation de l'équipe dédié au marché;</P><P>6) expertise et expérience dans la communication et le tourisme à la fois sur les marchés britannique, allemande et néerlandais avec un solide réseau sur ces trois marchés, ainsi qu'une excellente maîtrise professionnelle des langues anglaise, allemande et
