Description: Achiziţia de traverse de lemn pentru calea ferată este necesară asigurării bazei materiale în cadrul lucrărilor de întreținere/reparație a căii, lucrări efectuate în scopul menținerii acesteia în toleranțele instrucționale privind ecartamentul, poziția în plan/la nivel, stabilitatea, astfel încât circulaţia trenurilor să se desfășoare cu vitezele proiectate. Pentru asigurarea desfasurarii activitatii de intretinere si reparatii curente a infrastructurii prin înlocuirea traverselor din lemn necorespunzătoare și a lucrărilor de întreținere cu înlocuirea la rând a elementelor suprastructurii căii., CNCF CFR SA isi propune incheierea unui acord cadru de furnizare „Traverse din lemn impregnate pentru calea ferată– esență fag” pe o perioada de 4 (patru) ani. Orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări/informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire pana in a 22-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire in a 12-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta nu va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari transmise dupa data limita stabilita. Orice solicitare de clarificari trebuie transmisa in SEAP, semnata cu semnatura electronica extinsa.

Description: Entitatea contractanta doreste sa incheie un acord cadru pentru perioada de 4 ani (48 luni) pentru achizitia de Traverse din lemn impregnate pentru calea ferata-esenta fag. În urma analizării situației existente pe rețeaua feroviară a CNCF ,,CFR”-SA în ceea ce privește starea tehnică a traverselor din lemn, ce intră în alcătuirea suprastructurii c.f., pentru îndeplinirea criteriului de siguranță în circulația vehiculelor feroviare a rezultat necesitatea achiziționării, a unui număr de minim 8.000 buc. / maxim 24.000 buc. anual (min32.000/max96.000 buc total acord cadru ) traverse normale din lemn impregnate , și minim 4.000 m.c. / maxim 16.000 m.c. anual (min 16.000/max 64.000mc total acord cadru) traverse speciale din lemn impregnate (pentru aparatele de cale; pentru poduri; pentru cale largă lungime 2,80 m și pentru cale încălecată lungime 3,10 m.) .
