Contractul de lucrari „Constructia bransamentelor si a retelelor de apa uzata din localitatea Dolhasca” cuprinde:
Obiect 1 - Bransamente si instrumente de masura apa potabila, care presupune realizarea a 337 buc bransamente si realizarea a 8 camine de vane, 5 vane ingropate si 30 hidranti;
Obiect 2 - Retea de canalizare menajera pe o lungime de 24587 m;
Obiect 3 - Statii de pompare apa uzata 9 buc. si conducte de refulare L= 3862 m;
Lucrarile se refera la:
a) Lucrari de constructie
b) Furnizarea si montarea utilajelor si echipamentelor tehnologice
c) Testare si punere in functiune
d) Monitorizarea si acordarea de asistenta/consultanta personalului responsabil pe parcursul Perioadei de Notificare a Defectelor, atunci cand este necesar
e) Remedierea eventualelor defecte aparute in Perioada de Notificare a Defectelor (perioada de garantie) de 36 luni, respectiv 1095 zile
f) Instruirea personalului Beneficiarului si/sau Operatorului
Numarul de zile până la care Operatorii economici interesati pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor /candidaturilor este de 19 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari / informatiilor suplimentare astfel:
- cu 11 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor pentru solicitarile de clarificari depuse cu 19 de zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor.
Orice referire din cuprinsul prezentei documentatii de atribuire, (inclusiv a prezentului caiet de sarcini), prin care se indica o anume origine, sursa, productie, un procedeu special, o marca de fabrica sau de comert, un brevet de inventie si/sau o licenta de fabricație, un standard, o autorizare /certificare/atestare, un serviciu sau o cerinta se va citi si interpreta ca fiind insotita de mentiunea „sau echivalent”.

Obiect 1 - Bransamente si instrumente de masura apa potabila, care presupune realizarea a 337 buc bransamente si realizarea a 8 camine de vane, 5 vane ingropate si 30 hidranti;
Obiect 2 - Retea de canalizare menajera pe o lungime de 24587 m;
Obiect 3 - Statii de pompare apa uzata 9 buc. si conducte de refulare L= 3862 m;
Valoarea contractului include Rezerva de implementare (sume provizionate in valoare de 449.459 lei)) conform celor mentionate in Cap. 2 – Caiet de sarcini, 2.3 Liste de cantitati de lucrari, dar nu include cheltuieli diverse și neprevăzute.
Contractul se compune din perioada de executie a lucrarilor care este de 30 de luni de la ordinul de incepere a lucrarilor, la care se adauga perioada de notificare a defectelor/perioada de garantie care este de minim 36 de luni de la semnarea procesului verbal de receptie la terminarea lucrarilor.
