(a) Numar de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 20 zile,

(b) Numarul de zile in care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatii suplimentare: in a 10-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere al ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificare transmisa dupa data mentionata la pct. a) va pune AC in imposibilitatea de a oferi un raspuns in termenul mentionat la pct. b) si drept urmare orice solicitare de clarificare in afara termenelor mentionate se va considera tardiva.
