Description: Servicii de elaborare Studii de Pre-Fezabilitate, Fezabilitate, impact asupra mediului şi evaluarea strategică adecvată pentru obiectivul de investiţii „Tren Metropolitan Gilău – Floreşti – Cluj-Napoca – Baciu – Apahida – Jucu – Bonţida”- etapa I a sistemului de transport metropolitan rapid Cluj : Magistrala I de Metrou şi Tren Metropolitan, inclusiv legătura dintre acestea și a studiilor conexe viitoarelor obiective de investitii conform cerintelor caietului de sarcini si a documentatiei de atribuire. Conform termenilor de referință din caietul de sarcini, serviciile realizate în cadrul contractului presupun urmatoarele activități principale: Pentru METROU: 1.elaborare SPF- finele lunii 5 2. PUZ- finele lunii 16 3.elaborare SF -finele lunii 26. Pentru TREN METROPOLITAN: 1.PUZ-sfarsitul lunii 12 2. elaborare SF-sfarsitul lunii 14. Valoarea estimata a serviciilor prestate este: Pentru METROU: elaborare SPF=14.400.000 lei fara TVA PUZ= 7.200.000 lei fara TVA elaborare SF= 21.600.000 lei fara TVA Pentru TREN METROPOLITAN: PUZ- 1.080.000 lei fara TVA elaborare SF= 2.160.000 lei fara TVA Valoarea estimata totala a serviciilor este de 46.440.000 lei fara TVA

Description: Punctajul P2 -experienta expertilor- se obţine utilizând următoarea formulă de calcul: P2= PEE oferta N x 0,6 unde: PEE- punctajul obţinut privind experienţa experţilor Punctajul privind experienţa experţilor (PEE) se va obţine prin însumarea punctelor acordate pentru fiecare expert cheie, conform precizarilor din documentul intitulat "anexa la fisa de date-criteriul de atribuire". Punctajul maxim pentru experienţa experţilor este de 100 puncte. Punctajul pentru experienta expertilor reprezinta 60% din total punctaj de 100%. Punctajul total se obţine utilizând următoarea formulă de calcul: PT = P1 + P2 unde: PT – punctajul total obţinut de un ofertant , P1- punctajul obtinut pentru componenta financiara, iar P2 punctajul obtinut pentru componenta tehnica-experienta expertilor. Evaluarea ofertelor se realizează prin acordarea, pentru fiecare ofertă în parte, a unui punctaj rezultat ca urmare a aplicării metodologiei de calcul prezentata in documentul intitulat"anexa la fisa de date-criteriul de atribuire". Clasamentul ofertelor se stabileşte prin ordonarea descrescătoare a punctajelor respective, oferta câştigătoare fiind cea de pe primul loc, respectiv cea cu punctajul cel mai mare. Punctajul maxim total este 100. În cazul în care două sau mai multe oferte sunt clasate pe primul loc, cu punctaje egale, departajarea se va face având în vedere punctajul obţinut la factorii de evaluare în ordinea descrescătoare a ponderilor acestora. În situaţia în care egalitatea se menţine, autoritatea contractantă are dreptul să solicite noi propuneri financiare, şi oferta câştigătoare va fi desemnată cea cu propunerea financiară cea mai mică. In documentul intitulat "anexa la fisa de date-criteriul de atribuire" se regasesc informatiile privind acordarea punctajului pentru experienta expertilor solicitati.
