Title: Touringcarvervoer
Description: De aan te besteden opdracht wordt als volgt gedefinieerd: het inzetten van busvervoer voor medewerkers en leerlingen van LMC-scholen naar locaties in zowel het binnen- als het buitenland. De opdracht heeft voornamelijk betrekking op het vervoeren van leerlingen binnen het Voortgezet Onderwijs en een enkele keer het Primair Onderwijs (Kind en Onderwijs). Het grootste aantal reizen gaan naar een locatie binnen Nederland. Buiten de scope van de opdracht valt: • Taxivervoer; • Pakketreizen, waarbij eventueel (bus)vervoer ook onderdeel van de opdracht kan zijn. Opdrachten die vóór aanvang van de nieuw te sluiten overeenkomst besteld zijn, worden nog afgenomen bij die betreffende partij. Het kan dus voorkomen dat bij de start van de overeenkomst in verhouding wat minder busreizen worden afgenomen. LMC Voortgezet Onderwijs gaat fuseren met Kind en Onderwijs Rotterdam. De busritten van beide organisaties worden in deze aanbesteding ondergebracht. De uitgaves van LMC aan busritten waren de afgelopen jaren circa: 2020: € 100.000,- inclusief btw 2021: € 200.000,- inclusief btw 2022: € 500.000,- inclusief btw Daarbovenop geeft Kind en Onderwijs ongeveer € 50.000,- inclusief btw per jaar uit aan busritten. De omzet in de jaren 2020 en 2021 is niet representatief voor de daadwerkelijke afname gezien Covid, en laten we voor de indicatie van de opdracht buiten beschouwing. LMC schat de waarde van deze overeenkomst (over vier jaar) op maximaal € 2.750.000,- inclusief btw. Hierin worden zowel de busritten van LMC als voor Kind en Onderwijs ondergebracht. De omvang van de opdracht kan gedurende de overeenkomst fluctueren. Aan deze opgave kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend.
