Description: Serviciile care fac obiectul contractului : a) – servicii de mentenanţă preventivă şi mentenanță corectivă pentru echipamente şi instalaţii – unitati tehnice de baza din ecluze, statii de pompare si galerii de ape mari; b) – servicii de mentenanţă preventivă şi mentenanță corectivă pentru echipamente şi instalaţii – PSI (sesizare, alarmare si stingere incendii) din ecluze, statii de pompare si galerii de ape mari; c) – servicii de mentenanţă preventivă şi mentenanță corectivă pentru echipamente şi instalaţii – instalatii de comanda si supraveghere de la distanta (SCADA) din ecluze, statii de pompare si galerii de ape mari; d) – servicii de mentenanţă preventivă şi mentenanță corectivă pentru echipamente şi instalaţii – instalatii auxiliare si instalatii de siguranta din ecluze, statii de pompare si galerii de ape mari; e) – servicii de mentenanţă preventivă şi mentenanță corectivă pentru echipamente şi instalaţii – masuratori si verificari PRAM (prize de pamant, paratrasnet, si conductor de nul de protectie tablouri electrice) din ecluze, statii de pompare si galerii de ape mari; f) – servicii de mentenanţă preventivă şi mentenanță corectivă pentru echipamente şi instalaţii – instalatii TVCI, telecopmunicatii, efractie si control acces din ecluze, statii de pompare si galerii de ape mari. Elemente specifice acordului cadru - valoare estimata acord cadru : min 44.861.784 lei si max 57.034.952 lei - valoarea estimata pentru cel mai mare contract subsecvent 14.258.738 lei - frecventa si valoarea contractelor care urmeaza sa fie atribuite : anuala( 4 contracte subsecvente) - durata acordului cadru : 4 ani - Nota : valoarea contractelor subsecvente care urmeaza sa fie atribuite se va incadra in limita surselor proprii de finantare anuale prevazute in BVC aprobat potrivit prevederilor legale in vigoare 1. Termenul limita pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire: 22 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. 2. Termenul limita in care entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarficari/informatiilor suplimentare in măsura în care solicitările de clarificări sau informaţii suplimentare au fost adresate în termenul prevăzut în anunţul de participare : 12 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. 3. Entitatatea contractantă menţionează că va răspunde la solicitările de clarificări adresate de operatorii economici până la termenul limită stabilit in Anuntul de participare. 4. La solicitarile adresate dupa acest termen limita stabilit, entitatea contractanta nu va raspunde.
