Zudem mussten vor Ort Ausführungsarten des KTB und alternativen zur Entwurfspalnung besprochen werden. Diese müssen in die AP eingearbeitet werden. 
Diese Leistung ist notwendig damit der Auftragnehmer seinen ursprünglichen Vertrag erfüllen kann.

Die zusätzlichen Leistungen stellen notwendige Zusammenhangsmaßnahmen dar, welche durch den AN zu erbringen sind und sind Grundlage für die Hauptleistung, der Kabeltiefbauarbeiten für das ESTW Offenburg.
Auf dieser zusätzlichen Leistung baut die Hauptleistung auf. Eine Trennung der Leistungen ist nicht möglich. Ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers ist nicht möglich, da ansonsten eine Verzögerung im Bauablauf entstehen würde und die Inbetriebnahme des ESTW Offenburg gefährdet wäre.
