Description: Achizitia consta in incheierea a 4 acorduri cadru pentru Rețele Electrice Muntenia S.A., Rețele Electrice Banat S.A.,Rețele Electrice Dobrogea S.A. si PPC Blue România S.R.L. pentru prestarea serviciilor de comunicatii tip M2M, necesare asigurararii serviciilor de comunicatie pentru sistemele de telecontrol MT (cale principala), Telecontrol IT (cale backup), Masurarea calitatii energiei la producatori, precum si Sistemul de Telegestiune, SmartMeter, Antiefractie . Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatiilor suplimentare in a 11 a zi , inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea solicitarilor de participare, conform art.173 alin.(1) din Legea 99/2016, cu modificarile ulterioare. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a solicitarilor de participare/ofertelor : 19 zile.
