Description: Prin această achiziție, entitatea contractantă urmărește implementarea unui sistem performant de detecție automată a pierderilor de apă din rețea, bazat pe senzori acustici inteligenți și platformă digitală de analiză, cu scopul de a reduce pierderile și a optimiza intervențiile în teren. Echipamentele ce fac obiectul prezentei achizitii (Loggeri de zgomot pentru detectia pierderilor de apa) vor fi utilizate de catre COMPANIA DE APA SA BUZAU cu scopul de a identifica si a diminiua pierderile de apa la nivelul retelei de distributie, precum si de a reduce cantitatea de apa care nu aduce venituri la nivelul companiei. COMPANIA DE APA SA BUZAU, operator regional al serviciilor publice de alimentare cu apa si canalizare din judetul Buzau, licentiat pentru prestarea/furnizarea acestor servicii de catre ANRSC cu licenta nr. 4194/2018 are in gestiune si exploatare sistemele publice de alimentare cu apa peste 1730 km retea de apa, respectiv peste 400 km retea de canalizare, 150 foraje în funcțiune, 40 stații de tratare si 95 stații de pompare apă potabilă, 12 stații de epurare ape uzate si opereaza in 35 de UAT-uri.

Pentru furnizarea in ultimi 3 ani (pana la data depunerii ofertei) a minim 1000 senzori de detectie se acorda 40 puncte . Pentru furnizarea in ultimi 3 ani (pana la data depunerii ofertei) a minim 1300 senzori de detectie sau mai mult, se acorda punctaj maxim adica 60 puncte. In oferta sa, ofertantul trebuie sa prezinte următoarele documente doveditoare care să probeze îndeplinirea cerințelor, respectiv: recomandări / alte documente emise de Beneficiari Finali ai contractelor relevante care să probeze furnizarea in ultimii 3 ani (pana la data depunerii ofertei) a cantitatii declarate de senzori.
