Description: La consecución por parte del Ayuntamiento de Málaga de los objetivos recogidos en la Ley de Dependencia (39/2006 de 14 de diciembre), la cual engloba el conjunto de servicios y prestaciones destinadas a la promoción de la autonomía personal, así como de la atención y la protección. El fin perseguido es regular las condiciones básicas que garanticen la igualdad en el ejercicio de este derecho, para lo que se estableció el Sistema para la Autonomía y Atención a la Dependencia (SAAD), con la colaboración y participación de todas las Administraciones Públicas, según lo recogido en el apartado 1 de la memoria justificativa.
