Additional information: Vo výzve v rámci zadávania konkrétnej zákazky (ďalej len „výzva“) bude v závislosti od obstarávaného predmetu zákazky uvedené kritérium alebo kritériá na vyhodnotenie ponúk spolu s ich presnou formuláciou a pravidlami ich uplatnenia. Zároveň sa vo výzve uvedie, či sa použije elektronická aukcia; ak áno, budú v nej stanovené aj podmienky jej uskutočnenia v súlade so zákonom o verejnom obstarávaní. Pokiaľ si to predmet konkrétnej zákazky vyžiada, verejný obstarávateľ uplatní aj environmentálne a sociálne aspekty verejného obstarávania. Zábezpeka ponuky môže byť požadovaná pri zadávaní konkrétnej zákazky vo výške stanovenej podľa § 46 ods. 3 zákona o verejnom obstarávaní. Súčasťou výzvy bude aj určenie typu zmluvy, ktorá sa uzatvorí v súlade s požiadavkami na konkrétny predmet zákazky. Zároveň sa vo výzve uvedie, či bude konkrétna zákazka financovaná z fondov EÚ; ak áno, budú v nej uvedené konkrétne informácie o príslušnom fonde EÚ .
